Ingredients

  • TO STORE DRY FENUGREEK LEAVES :
  • Dry Fenugreek Leaves / Kasuri Methi - 1/2 Cup
  • TO MAKE GRATED CHEESE NON STICK :
  • Grated Cheese - 1 Cube
  • Corn Flour - 1/2 tsp
  • TO REMOVE BAD SMELL FROM GRINDING JAR :
  • Water - 1/2 Cup
  • Washing Powder / Liquid - 2 tsp
  • Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • tsp = teaspoon

Instructions

  1. TO STORE DRY FENUGREEK LEAVES :
  2. Roast dry fenugreek leaves on low flame for a few seconds. Keep stirring continuously. Then turn off the flame and let it cool down.
  3. Now store it in an airtight jar to keep it green and fresh for a long time.
  4. TO MAKE GRATED CHEESE NON STICK :
  5. Take grated cheese in a bowl. Add corn flour and mix well. Now you can keep it in the refrigerator. It will stay non sticky.
  6. TO REMOVE BAD SMELL FROM GRINDING JAR :
  7. Wash the used grinding jar with water. Now take water in it. Add washing powder/liquid, salt, and baking soda.
  8. Now grind the mixture for a few seconds, then wash it well.
