- Add ginger in enough quantity for a nice taste of chutney.
- Add water to adjust the consistency of the chutney.
- The ratio of all dals to rice should be 1:1.
- The ratio of all dals should be 1:1.
- The rice and dals should be soaked for a minimum of 4 hours.
- You can use normal rice instead of dosa rice.
