To make the kachori you require whole wheat flour, potato, ghee and some spices. This makes the kachori more nutritious. Moreover, this requires fewer efforts and time. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Knead the semi-soft dough. Resting of the dough is very important so rest the dough for at least 15 minutes.
- This recipe uses whole wheat flour. But if you want you can use refined flour as well.
- Adding ghee while kneading the dough is important to make flaky and crispy kachori. So, do add ghee/clarified butter to it. Check the binding and add more ghee if required.
