Ingredients

  • Potato - 2 medium sized
  • Green chilli - 1 chopped
  • Onion - 1/2 Chopped
  • Chopped coriander - 2 Tablespoon
  • Tomato ketchup - 2 Tablespoon
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 Teaspoon or as per taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Chaat masala - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Garam Masala/All spice mix - 2 pinch
  • Bread slice - 2
  • Butter/Oil - 2 Teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Boil potato with a pinch of salt.
  2. Peel and mash the potatoes.
  3. Then add onion, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, green chilli, garam masala, salt. Mix well.
  4. Take bread slices and spread some tomato ketchup.
  5. Now, spread the potato mix on one bread slice. Then sprinkle the chaat masala.
  6. Cover it with another bread slices.
  7. Heat a pan/tawa. Grease it with some butter. Spread some butter on the top of the sandwich.
  8. Toast the sandwich from both the sides on a pan/tawa. When done, cut into a triangle.
  9. Yummy 'Aloo Masala Sandwich' is ready to be served.
