Amla Ki Chutney | Gooseberry Chutney is a delicious and healthy chutney for everyone.

Amla Ki Chutney | Gooseberry Chutney is a quick and easy recipe. This chutney is full of vitamin C and other nutrients as this use amla/gooseberry, coriander leaves. To maintain the colour, some dry nuts are added to the chutney. They enhance the taste of chutney as well. You just need to grind the ingredients to make the chutney. You can serve it with your meals or with breakfast or as a dip for snacks. Everyone will love this chutney. Moreover, this is very healthy as well as tasty chutney. Ingredients

  • Amla/Gooseberry - 3
  • Coriander Leaves - a handful
  • Cashew nuts - 4
  • Almond - 4
  • Cumin seeds - 1 Teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
  • Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
  • Green Chilli - 2 or as per taste
  • Salt - as per taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the gooseberry and remove the seeds.
  2. Take a grinder jar and add coriander leaves, chopped gooseberries, cashew nuts, almond, sugar, cumin seeds, ginger, green chilli, salt, little water. Grind it to make smooth chutney. You can add more water if required for grinding.
  3. Transfer the chutney to the bowl.
  4. Delicious 'Amla Ki Chutney | Gooseberry Chutney' is ready to be served.
