Banana Palak Smoothie is a delicious and healthy breakfast option.

Banana Palak Smoothie is a nutritious and tasty smoothie. You can serve it as a breakfast for your family. This is rich in nutrients like fibre, iron, antioxidants, essential fatty acids. It is a fulfilling meal for everyone. Moreover, it is quick and easy to prepare. This just needs 5 minutes and easily available ingredients. So, try to make it at your end and let us know your feedback.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:

  • You can use nuts and seeds of your choice to serve this smoothie.
  • You can add celery leaves as well along with spinach.
  • If you want you can use water or almond milk to make the smoothie.
  • Add milk in batches while grinding to get the desired consistency.

Ingredients

  • Kela/ Banana - 1 chopped
  • Palak/ Spinach - a small bunch
  • Peanut butter - 1 teaspoon
  • Doodh/ Milk - as required
  • Roasted Badam/ Almonds - a handful sliced
  • Flax seeds- 1 to 2 tablespoon
  • Chia seeds - 1 to 2 tablespoon
  • Roasted Mixed seeds (pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower) - 1 to 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the spinach leaves well.
  2. Grind chopped banana, spinach leaves, peanut butter, and a little milk in a grinder jar to a smooth puree. Then add milk as required to make a smoothie
  3. Transfer the smoothie to a bowl and garnish it with sliced almonds, flax seeds, mixed seeds, and chia seeds.
  4. Delicious and healthy 'Banana Palak Smoothie' is ready to be served. Serve it immediately.
