Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- You can use dry fruits of your choice to make this chikki. Make sure the proportion of ingredients should be proper as mentioned in the recipe.
- Melt the sugar on a high flame while string it continuously until it is caramelized. Put a drop of caramelized sugar in water to check. If it turns hard then it is ready to make chikki.
- Mix and flatten the chikki when it is hot. Else it will turn hard. Immediately cut into pieces.
