Tips and Suggestions from Mom Chef:-
- For making a perfect laddu, the proportion of gram flour and ghee is more important. The perfect shape of laddu depends on the quantity of ghee. If you want to make the laddu little firm then decrease the quantity of ghee/clarified butter.
- Roast the gram flour and let it cool completely else the laddu won’t get its shape.
