Tips and Suggestions by a Mom Chef:
- Skip jaggery powder if you want.
- Add some oil to the stuffing masala to bind it.
- Add salt carefully in the stuffing masala, because bitter gourd has been applied salt earlier.
- Press well bitter gourd after stuffing, so the stuffing will not come out.
- Flip bitter gourd after every 1 to 2 minutes to cook it from all sides.
