Tips and Suggestions by a Mom Chef:
- Make 2 slits on the tinde’s top part like a cross on each one so that the base stays attached.
- Oil quantity can be adjusted in sabji as per your choice.
- Check tinde after every 2 or 3 minutes and turn it to cook from all sides.
- Don’t overcook tinde. Keep it slightly crunchy.
- You can add aamchur powder instead of lemon juice.
