Ingredients

  • Medium sized Onion - 1
  • Medium sized Tomato - 1
  • Medium sized cucumber - 1
  • Puffed rice - 2 cups
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Dry mango/amchur powder - 1-2 teaspoon
  • Chat masala - 1 tablespoon
  • Jeera (Cumin) powder - 1-2 teaspoon
  • Rai (Mustard seeds) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Curry leaves (kari pata) - 3-4 leaves
  • Groundnuts - 1 tablespoon
  • Bhel mixture or sev as per taste
  • Papadi - 5-6
  • Pudina and coriander chutney - 2 tablespoon
  • Imli (tamarind) or sweet chutney - 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take a pan . Add oil and fry mustard seeds, groundnuts, puffed rice for 2 minutes. Add turmeric powder and roast it for few more minutes.
  2. Take a bowl mix the fried puffed rice, veggies, dry spices, green chutney, tamarind chutney, bhel mixture or sev, papadis. Mix them well.
  3. Garnish with papadi or coriander leaves as per your wish .
  4. Serve yummy Bhel puri.
