Ingredients

  • Mudhi / rice popcorn - 1 cup
  • Potato - 2 medium sized (boiled and chopped)
  • Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
  • Onion - 1 medium sized (finely chopped)
  • Bhel puri chutney - 2 tablespoons
  • Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - salt to taste
  • Pomegranate seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Bhujia - 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl. Add mudhi then add onion, potato, coriander leaves and mix.
  2. Add chaat masala, salt, pomegranate seeds, bhujiya, bhel puri (tamarind) chutney and toss it well.
  3. Jhatpat, tasty and yummy bhel puri is ready to be served. Garnish it with coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.
