Tips and suggestions by the Mom Chef:
- It is recommended to use mustard oil to prepare this sabji.
- A pinch of sugar should be added to retain the green color of the bhindi.
- To remove the stickiness of bhindi :
- Apply oil to the knife before chopping the bhindi.
- Add lemon juice to the chopped bhindi and mix well.
