I love all food made of Besan, specially hot and crispy “Bread Pakoras”. Here in Germany, weather is so cold now a days, that it reminds me of making Bread Pakoras with hot Ginger Tea. It’s a popular street food and can be made at home with the same ease. You may make them in plain besan, onions mixed in besan,or stuffed with aloo. I usually add chopped onions in besan batter, and make them !!!
