Ingredients

  • Strawberry - 250 grams
  • Peas - 250 grams
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 100 grams
  • Butter - 2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Boil peas and grind it into a fine paste.
  2. Take non stick pan and add sugar and let it caramelise. Add strawberry and saute for 2 minutes and keep it aside.
  3. Take pan and add butter. Add peas paste, salt, sugar, black pepper and saute till paste become dry. Add 1 cup water. Once it boils turn off the gas.
  4. Take a plate and put peas sauce and spread the strawberries.
  5. Enjoy Caramelized Strawberry in Peas sauce.
