Ingredients

  • Soaked Poha ( for 8 minutes)-1 cup
  • Chopped Tomato - 1/2 cup
  • Roasted peanuts-2 tablespoon
  • Chopped green chilli -1 tablespoon
  • Chopped coriander leaves - 2tablespoon
  • Chopped onion-1/2 cup
  • Curry leaves-8-10
  • Lemon Juice-1 tablespoon
  • Oil-2 tablespoon
  • Spices as per taste: turmeric powder, red chili powder, chat masala,asafoetida (hing), salt
  • Mustard seeds-1 teaspoon,

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil on medium flame. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, salt and turmeric powder.
  2. Add chopped onion and saute them till they lightish brown then add chopped tomato and add spices as per your taste.
  3. Add soaked poha then add roasted peanuts, chopped green chilies and coriander leaves. Sprinkle lemon juice over it. Mix them well. Saute them for 2 minutes.
  4. Chatakedaar Poha Masala is ready to serve ! Eat with your family and have a good time.
