Ingredients

  • White or Brown Bread - 2 slice
  • Sweet Corn - 2 to 3 Tablespoon boiled
  • Capsicum - 1/2 chopped
  • Onion - 2 Tablespoon chopped (optional)
  • Grated Processed Cheese - 10 Gram (You can use cheddar cheese or mixed cheese)
  • Green chilli - 1 chopped
  • Butter or ghee/clarified butter - 1 Tablespoon
  • Green chutney - 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt - as per taste

Instructions

  1. Take a bread slice and spread green chutney on it. Take another bread slice, spread some butter on it.
  2. Take a bowl and add capsicum, corn, green chilli, grated cheese, onion, a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  3. Put the cheese mix on buttered bread slice and cover it with bread slice with green chutney.
  4. Preheat the griller for 4 minutes.
  5. Spread some butter on top of sandwich and grease the griller.
  6. Place the sandwich and grill it for 5 minutes or less.
  7. If you do not have griller then use a tawa to roast the sandwich. You can use gas toaster.
  8. When done take it out and cut into triangle.
  9. Yummy 'Cheese Chilli Corn Sandwich' is ready to be served.
