Cheese garlic bread is one of the mouthwatering recipe for everyone, mostly kids.

Cheese Garlic Bread is a quick , simple and easy recipe. The combination of cheese, garlic and herbs, gives a fantastic taste. You can serve Cheese Garlic Bread as appetizer or starter before having a full course meal or perhaps a pizza meal. With in minimum time , you can make it. A very quickly recipe, for guest. So cheesy that kids can not wait to have it. There are several ways of preparing the cheese garlic bread recipe. Here, I used pan for preparing purpose. Try this recipe at home and enjoy it with family and friends. I assure, you will surely like it. And also share feedback on the same.

  • You can use whole wheat bread or multigrain bread, which are easy to digest.
  • If you don’t have mix herbs, you can use oregano or pepper salt.
  • You can use any cheese of your choice.

Ingredients

  • Butter salted/unsalted - 1(1/2) Table spoon
  • Garlic - finely chopped or grated 6 / 7 cloves
  • Coriander leaves - 1/2 or 1 Tea spoon
  • Green chili - 1/2 finely chopped
  • Chili flakes - 1/2 Table spoon
  • Mixed herbs - 1/2 Table spoon
  • Oil - 1 Tea spoon
  • Whole wheat /brown /multigrain /white Bread - 4 to 5 slices
  • Pizza cheese / processed / mozzarella cheese - 1 small bowl grated

Instructions

  1. Take softened butter (butter at room temperature) in a bowl.
  2. Add chopped or grated garlic.
  3. Add some coriander leaves and finely chopped green chili.
  4. Add chili flakes and mixed herbs. Mixed herbs consists of salt so we didn't added salt. You can also add salt pepper if you don't have mixed herbs.
  5. Add some oil, just to make a good consistency. Mix it well.
  6. Take a bread slice and spread the garlic butter on one side of slice.
  7. Heat a pan and put the garlic butter spreaded side slice on the pan. Keep the flame to the lowest.
  8. Spread pizza cheese/ any cheese (available) on the opposite side of the slice, which we have on the pan. Spread cheese properly, that it could cover the bread.
  9. Take another bread slice and spread garlic butter on both the side of slice. And place that slice on the slice which is already on the pan.
  10. Now, Press the bread little bit, so that the cheese can mix properly.
  11. Check that the lower part of slice side on pan is ready. If so,than turn it on other side.
  12. Press little bit to the upper part, after turning. To make it crispy, keep the flame low.
  13. Once again you have to turn the cheese garlic bread to make it crispy. With in 1 or 2 secs, off the flame.
  14. Now Cheese Garlic Bread is ready to serve.
