Green chili seeded and cut into 4 pieces length wise - 2
Take a bowl and put besan, turmeric powder, ginger garlic & chili paste, sugar, salt, asafoetida, curd and mix it nicely. If required, then add water and make thick batter like pakore.
We made this dhokla in microwave. So take mould first, put 1 spoon besan batter, then put 1 spoon grated cheese and then again put 1 spoon besan batter.
Like this process fill all mould and bake it for on microwave for 6 min. After that demould it. In case you don't have a microwave, you can put the mould in steamer with water and cook it for 10 - 15 minutes.
Than Heat oil in a small pan over medium heat, Add mustard seeds stir for 3-4 seconds, add green chili. Stir and add curry leaves or Coriander leaves, stir for few seconds.
Cover the pan and turn off the heat. First drizzle hot water over dhokla, this will keep the dhokla moist. Then drizzle the seasoning over.
Serve cheesy Dhokla with green coriander chutney. Enjoy!
