Chhena Soup is a healthy and tasty soup for everyone.
Chhena Soup is a very nutritious and lip-smacking soup. This uses chhena and its residue which is called whey. Basically this is taste out of the waste recipe. We generally throw the water when we prepare the paneer/cottage cheese at home. The whey is also loaded with nutrients. So, by using this you will nutrients of whey as well. You don’t need many ingredients to prepare this soup. Moreover, this does not require much preparation and time. This clear soup is very soothing, especially in the winter season.
