Tips and Suggestions by a Mom Chef:
- Flattened rice can be fried if you want instead of roasting.
- Dry roast poha till it becomes crispy.
- Add curry leaves in medium hot oil otherwise, it will burn.
- Roast everything separately instead of roasting it together.
- While roasting the dry ingredients, add the raisins at the last else they will turn black.
- Dry mango powder can be added instead of chaat masala.
- If flattened rice is roasted well then turn off flame and add it, otherwise mix it on low flame.
