Chocolate Cake | Chocolate Cake in Air Fryer is a mouthwatering treat for everyone. 

Chocolate Cake | Chocolate Cake in Air Fryer is a quick and easy recipe which requires 5-minute effort. This is a very healthy cake as well because it uses whole wheat flour. This cake is a moist and spongy cake made in the air fryer which requires only 15 minutes of baking. You just need simple and easily available ingredients like whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, curd, sugar, milk. This is very simple to make and the taste is amazing. Everyone will love to eat this cake and demand you more. So, try to make this cake at home and enjoy with your loved ones.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-

  • Sieve the flour for at least 3 times. This will make the cake fluffy.
  • Make sure that all the ingredients should be at room temperature.

Ingredients

  • Whole Wheat Flour - 1 & 1/2 Cup
  • Cocoa powder - 2 Tablespoon
  • Powdered Sugar - 3/4 Cup
  • Baking Powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Baking Soda - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Fresh Curd - 1/2 Cup
  • Milk - 1 Cup
  • Oil - 2 to 3 Tablespoon + for greasing
  • Oil or Butter or Ghee/Clarified Butter - as required for greasing
  • Chocolate Chips - as required for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
  2. Take a bowl and sieve whole wheat flour thrice.
  3. Then add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt. Mix well.
  4. Then add fresh curd, oil. Mix well then add milk in batches to make thick batter of flowing consistency.
  5. Grease a baking pan with butter. Pour the batter in in.
  6. Stir it with the help of toothpick to remove excess air bubbles.
  7. Place the baking pan in the air fryer. Set the temperature 180 degrees and time 12 to 15 minutes. Bake the cake.
  8. Once done, check by inserting a toothpick. If it comes out clean then the cake is cooked perfectly. Else bake it for more minutes.
  9. Let the cake cool completely. Then de-mould it.
  10. Delicious 'Chocolate Cake | Chocolate Cake in Air Fryer' is ready to be served.
