Chocolate Pudding Cake | Without Oven is a lip-smacking dessert for all.

Chocolate Pudding Cake is a mouthwatering cake that requires no baking. This uses milk, cocoa powder, sugar, corn flour, chocolate and only 10-minute effort. This is quick and easy to prepare cake recipe even kids can make it. This eggless chocolate cake has a nice flavour and is mouthwatering too. This is a treat for chocolate lovers as well as for kids. So, try to make this cake when you have a party at home and get appreciated by all the guests.

This yummy cake was prepared by Sahana Shankar – A 12-year-old talented chef of Zayka Ka Tadka !!

Tips and Suggestions by the little Chef:-

  • The cream is mandatory to make this cake so don’t skip it.
  • Stir the mixture continuously while cooking otherwise lumps will form.

Ingredients

  • Cocoa powder - 3 Tablespoon
  • Milk - 1/2 liter
  • Corn flour - 3 Tablespoon
  • Cream - 6 Tablespoon
  • Chocolate - 10 gram chopped
  • Sugar - 3/4 Cup

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add cocoa powder, sugar, corn flour, cream. Add milk and mix well until all the ingredients combined.
  2. Strain the mixture using a sieve.
  3. Now, take a pan.
  4. Pour the mixture in the pan. Add chopped chocolate. Mix well.
  5. Heat this mixture on a medium flame. Stir it continuously and cook.
  6. Once the mixture thickened, switch off the gas.
  7. Take a pan, line it with aluminium foil. Pour the mixture in it. Let it cool completely. (aluminium foil is optional. you can set the mixture without aluminium foil too)
  8. Refrigerate it for 2 hours.
  9. After it gets set, take it out. Garnish it.
  10. Yummy 'Chocolate Pudding Cake' is ready to be served.
