Ingredients

  • Gulab Jamun Mix - 200 Gram
  • Powdered Sugar - 1/4 Cup
  • Cardamom powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Melted Butter - 1/4 Cup
  • Milk - 4 Tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in mixing bowl except milk.
  2. Add milk little by little as required to bring the ingredients into a dough. Don't knead the dough.
  3. Divide the dough into equal proportion. Flatten the balls.
  4. In a big pan, add salt and put a ring, Cover it and let it get heated for 10 minutes on a low flame.
  5. In greased plate arrange cookies, let it cook for 7 to 10 minutes until the bottom turn golden brown.
  6. Similarly, flip and cook on other side for 5 minutes.
  7. Once baked, cool them.
  8. Delicious 'Cookies from Gulab Jamun Mix' are ready to be served.
