Ingredients

  • Tomato - 1 and 1/2 roughly chopped
  • Onion - 1 roughly chopped
  • Bay Leaf - 1
  • Cloves - 2 to 3
  • Basil/Tulsi leaves - few
  • Butter - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Fresh cream - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder - as per taste
  • Salt - as per taste

Instructions

  1. Take a microwave bowl, add chopped tomatoes, onion, bay leaf, cloves, butter and little water. Close the lid and open the vent for the steam to pass out. Microwave it for 3 minutes.
  2. Once done take it out. Grind the cooked tomato mixture using a grinder.
  3. Take a strainer and strain the ground mix.
  4. Now, take a microwave mug. Add strained soup to it. Add tulsi leaves, fresh cream. Close the lid and open the vent. Microwave it 30 seconds.
  5. Once done, take it out. Add salt and black pepper and mix.
  6. Yummy 'Cream Of Tomato Soup' is ready to be served. Serve hot.
