Crispy Vegetable Appe – Healthy Bite!!
				
				
				
				
				
				
					
					
						
							
														Ingredients
- Rava/ Sooji - 1 and 1/2 cup
 - Curd - 1 cup
 - Green chili chopped - 2 chopped
 - Mustard seeds - 2 tablespoon
 - Onion - 2 chopped
 - Tomatoes - 1 chopped
 - Capsicum - 1 chopped
 - Eno - 2 sachet 
 - Spices - salt, black pepper, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon each or per taste
 - Oil as required for greasing moulds
 
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except Eno and make a paste like idli. (use some water per requirement)
 - Divide it into two parts.
 - Mix one sachet eno in one part.
 - Heat aapa pan, then add few drops of oil in every mould and then add one pinch mustard seed to it.
 - Put appa batter with spoon in every mould and cover with lid and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame
 - Change their side and cook for another more 2-3 minutes.  
 - Do same process with remaining batter.
