When you think of Rajasthan , you think of royal palaces, dresses and the royal food. One platter that quickly comes to mind is Daal Baati Choorma. Here I present this delicious platter but this time the baatis are the” Baafla Baatis ” instead of the normal ones. Addition here is the Mirchi Kootta instead of Lehsun ki Chutney. The entire recipe is no onion and no garlic.
