This recipe was prepared by a lovely mom: Vijay Haldiya

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:

  • If you do not have baby potatoes then cut the big-sized potato into 4 parts.
  • Red chilli should be added after the potatoes become light golden brown so the red chilli will not turn black.
  • The curd should be at room temperature.
  • Keep the flame low before adding curd, otherwise, it will curdle.
  • Keep stirring continuously after adding curd till it starts to boil otherwise, curd will curdle.
  • The salt should be added after the curd starts to boil, so the curd will not curdle.
