“Gobhi Paratha”/ “Cauliflower Stuffed Paratha” is a popular North Indian recipe, and my personal favorite among all parathas. This can be served for breakfasts, lunch or dinner. Usually I make them for my kids lunch box, as well as for any trips and travels. These parathas tastes good with Curd, Pickle, and Ginger Tea. So, let’s try it out soon !!!
