Firstly make a dough of semolina with warm water. In semolina add salt and make dough like roti dough and cover with muslin clothes and keep aside.
Then roast the Poppy seeds and peanut separately and cool them on room temperature.
After roasting crushed the peanut in grinder and make a fine paste of Poppy seeds.
Now in bowl take Poppy seeds paste add peanut, crushed cashew nuts, salt, green chilies paste, red chili, chopped coriander leaves and mix it.
Meanwhile in big vessels boil water.
Now take dough and again knead it. After that take roti size dough and through palm make Puri and in center fill mixture,fold like gujiya. You can make different shapes as desired. You can make all gujiya and put in the warm water vessels slowly and slowly. Boil them for 10 min. You can also check with fork. After that one by one bring out from warm water and let them cool and serve it.
