Dhaniya Powder | Homemade Dhaniya Powder is an aromatic spice mixture. This uses coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, fennel seeds, black pepper. This enhances the flavour of sabzi and curries. You can use this powder/masala on a daily basis. This will not only enhance the taste of food but it is healthy as well. Moreover, this is super easy to prepare and store. You can make it once and can store this powder for a year. So, try to make it at home and let us know your feedback.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- The ingredients should not be over roasted; they need to be just warmed so that their moisture evaporates.
- The roasted ingredients should be ground only after they cool completely.
- The masala should be ground on the “pulse” mode. It means that the masala should be ground for just a few seconds at a time. Else, it will leave the moisture.
- It can be made for a month or for a year. If this masala needs to be stored for a year, then cloves/laung should be added to the masala before it is stored in an air-tight container.
