Ingredients

  • Raw Mango - 1 medium sized
  • Ripe Mango - 2 medium sized
  • Sugar - 4 Tablespoon
  • Ice cubes - 1 Cup

Instructions

  1. Peel off both the mango then cut it into small pieces.
  2. Take a cooker and add both the mangoes and 1/4 glass water. Cook till 3-4 whistles.
  3. Meanwhile, take a pan and add sugar, 1 glass water. Heat it on a low flame until the sugar dissolves completely. Then switch off the gas and let it cool completely.
  4. After 4 whistles turn off the flame and keep the cooker aside to cool completely.
  5. Take a grinder jar, add boiled mango. Blend it in a fine paste. Transfer to a bowl. Add sugar syrup to it and mix it well.
  6. Put it in a refrigerator to cool for 1-2 hours. Take a serving glass, add ice cubes and frooti.
  7. Refreshing 'Frooti' is ready to be served. Serve chilled.
