- You can reduce the quantity of red chillies. Adjust it as per our taste.
- As the ginger and red chillies are used in the chutney. To balance the spiciness, tamarind and jaggery are used.
- You can adjust the consistency of the chutney as per your choice.
- You can store the chutney in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
