Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- If you do not have dry mango powder available with you, you can use chaat masala powder instead of that.
- You can use green chili instead of red chili powder or can alter the amount as per your taste.
- While heating the oil make sure you heat it on medium flame. If you heat it on high flame, the fritters might burn and if you heat it on slow flame the fritters might not cook completely.
- Make sure the batter has a coarse texture.
