Ingredients

  • Grapes/ angoor - 1 bowl
  • Chopped spinach leaves/ paalak - 1 bowl
  • Cucumber/ kheera - 1 piece
  • Low fat curd/ dahi - 1 bowl
  • Honey/ shahad - 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a mixer and grind it from low to high.
  2. Then strain it with a strainer.
  3. Pour it in serving glasses.
  4. Delicious 'Green Smoothie' is ready to be served!
