Green Smoothie – Healthy And Delicious
- Grapes/ angoor - 1 bowl
- Chopped spinach leaves/ paalak - 1 bowl
- Cucumber/ kheera - 1 piece
- Low fat curd/ dahi - 1 bowl
- Honey/ shahad - 1 tablespoon
- Put all the ingredients in a mixer and grind it from low to high.
- Then strain it with a strainer.
- Pour it in serving glasses.
- Delicious 'Green Smoothie' is ready to be served!
