- You can store this sabji in a refrigerator for 15 days.
- The raw turmeric should be grated just before making sabji, otherwise, it will turn black.
- Prepare this sabji in ghee for a better taste.
- You can saute raw turmeric in advance, to save time.
- When the raw turmeric becomes soft and the ghee separates, it indicates that raw turmeric is well cooked.
- You can add spices as per taste.
- The curd should be at room temperature.
- Keep the flame low before adding curd, otherwise, it will curdle.
- You can cook the green peas with onion and tomato.
- Onion and garlic are optional.
- You can add cashews and raisin also to the sabji.
- FOR SAUTEED RAW TURMERIC :
- The ratio of ghee to raw turmeric should be 1:1.
