- You can store this sabji in a refrigerator for 10 to 12 days.
- The raw turmeric should be grated just before making sabji, otherwise, it will turn black.
- Prepare this sabji in ghee for a better taste.
- You can saute raw turmeric in advance, to save time.
- You can add spices as per taste.
- The curd should be at room temperature.
- You can cook the green peas with raw turmeric.
- Onion and garlic are optional.
- FOR SAUTEED RAW TURMERIC :
- The ratio of ghee to raw turmeric should be 1:2.
