Ingredients

  • Full cream milk- 1/2 Litre
  • Corn flour - 1 and 1/2 Tablespoon
  • GMS powder - 1 and 1/2 Tablespoon
  • CMC Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Sugar - 6 to 8 Tablespoon
  • Whipping cream - 100 Gram
  • Vanilla essence - 1 Teaspoon
  • Dark compound - 200 Gram

Instructions

  1. Take a pan and add milk, corn flour, GMS, CMC. Beat it with the help of hand blender.
  2. Heat and stir it continuously for 5-8 minutes.
  3. Add sugar, heat and stir it continuously for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Let it cool to room temperature. Pour this mixture into an airtight container. Set it in a freezer for 8-10 hours.
  5. After this, take it out and cut with the help of a knife. Beat it using a beater.
  6. Add whipping cream and beat it using a beater.
  7. Pour this mixture in kulfi maker and place the ice cream sticks. Then put it in a freezer for 8-10 hours.
  8. After 8-10 hours, take out the kulfi from the mould. Again put it in a freezer for 1 hour.
  9. Melt the dark compound on double boiler. Melt it completely. Let it come to room temperature.
  10. Take the kulfi out. Dip the kulfi in chocolate and coat it from all sides. Then put it in a freezer. Coat all kulfi with chocolate and put in a freezer.
  11. Yummy 'Homemade Chocobar' is ready to be served.
