Ingredients

  • Milk - 1 glass
  • Condensed milk - 1/4 glass
  • Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Dry fruits like Pista , Cashew, Almonds (finely chopped)
  • Cornflour mixed in water ( 1/2 tablespoon)

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, heat the milk on medium flame. Keep stirring it well.
  2. Add the condensed milk and keep stirring it well.
  3. Add the cardamom powder and cornflour mixture. Stir it well.
  4. Now you can add dry fruits and let it cook for about 2 minutes and make sure the whole mixture is little thick.
  5. Add the kulfi mixture in a glass and keep it in the freezer for 2 or 3 hours till it sets.
  6. Homemade Kulfi is ready and Enjoy!
