Ingredients

  • Boiled kabuli chana / chickpeas - 1 bowl
  • Sesame/ til paste - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice/ neembu ka ras - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt/ namak to taste
  • Roasted cumin seeds/ bhuna hua jeera - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder/ lal mirch - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Water/ pani - 1/4 bowl

Instructions

  1. Add chick peas, til paste, olive oil, spices, lemon juice and water in a grinder. Grind it to make like chutney. If more water is required, add more to adjust the consistency.
  2. Take it out in a bowl then garnish with chick peas, olive oil and red chili powder.
  3. Yummy Hummus is ready to be served with pita breads/ hot dogs/ etc.
