Ice Cream 3 Types | Homemade Ice Creams are a delicious dessert for all.

Ice Cream 3 Types | Homemade Ice Creams include Vanilla Ice Cream, Mango Ice Cream and Cookie Ice Cream. These are very quick and easy to prepare with minimal ingredients. These are very healthy and delicious as compared to store bought one because it uses fresh ingredients. the good thing is it does not require any type of preservatives, additives and colour. This will be loved by all family members especially kids. It is a refreshing treat for summer hot days. You can make and serve for the parties, get-together and kitty parties. So, try to make these ice creams at home and let us know how you like it.

This recipe was prepared under the live cooking contest ‘Zayka Premier League’ by a lovely mom from Delhi – Sheenu Duggal.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-

  • Chill the cream for 10 to 12 hours in the refrigerator before whipping it.
  • You can make the ice cream bar using kulfi moulds.
  • You can use any type of cookies to make Cookie Ice Cream.
  • It is an important step to remove the air bubbles. This will make the ice cream without any ice crystals.

Ingredients

  • Whipping Fresh Cream - 500 ML
  • Condensed Milk - 400 ML
  • ICe Cubes - 20 to 30
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 Teaspoon
  • Mango Pilp - 1 Cup
  • Mango Pieces - 1/4 Cup + for garnishing
  • Crushed Cookies - 1 1/2 Cup
  • Chocolate Sauce - as required for garnishing
  • Chocolate Chips - as required for garnishing
  • Chocolate cookies - 1 crushed + 1
  • Mint leaf - 1 for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl and add ice cubes. Take another bowl and pour whipping fresh cream.
  2. Whip it with a hand beater. First, put the speed on low and beat the cream until little thick.
  3. Add condensed milk and vanilla essence. Increase the speed and beat the cream until it thickens.
  4. Divide the cream into 3.
  5. PREPARING MANGO ICE CREAM:- In one bowl, add mango pulp and mango pieces. Mix well. Transfer to a air-tight container. Tap it to remove air bubbles.
  6. PREPARING COOKIE ICE CREAM:- In second bowl, add crushed cookies. Mix well. Transfer to a container. Tap it to remove air bubbles.
  7. PREPARING VANILLA ICE CREAM:- Transfer the cream of third bowl to the container. Tap it to remove air bubbles.
  8. Freeze the containers for at least 8 hours.
  9. After it settled, serve the ice creams. Garnish the mango ice cream with mango pieces and mint leaf, cookie ice cream with crushed cookie and cookie and vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips and chocolate sauce.
