South Indian Food is very close to my heart. Among the list of many favorites, Idli, Sambhar & Chutney is one of my favorite. It is a simple soulful healthy and light dish that can be had as breakfast, lunch or dinner.
You can either make sambhar with these or coconut chutney or you can also make vegetable fried chatpati idli from this recipe or completely different south Indian dish like Instant Medu Vada.
