“Carrot/Gajar Halwa” is a very traditional and popular Dessert in India,and is prepared almost in every festival like Holi, Diwali, Janmashtami etc.Here in Germany,I find fresh Carrots which are Light Orange in Colour having lesser sweet taste.But in India,Carrots are mostly Darker Orange in color and are more Sweet.So let’s try out making this wonderful Recipe !!!
