Ingredients

  • 8-10 almonds
  • 2 cup sewiyan
  • 2 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 tablespoon caradmon powder
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • few strands of kesar
  • 4-5 cashew nuts

Instructions

  1. Take half cup of milk and add kesar and keep it aside.
  2. Fry almonds and cashew nuts in ghee.
  3. Roast sewiyan in ghee till golden brown.
  4. Once they start to get little brownish, lower the flame and then add kesari milk and keep on stiring well.
  5. Then add cinnamon powder and then add cardamon powder.
  6. Mix it with light hands and put the flame on medium.
  7. Now, keep on stiring well then the milk gets soaked by the sewiyan.
  8. Then add sugar and mix it well.
  9. After about 5-6 minutes, sewiyan will start to leave edges of kadai that means they are done.
  10. Then turn off the flame.
  11. Serve it on the plate and garnish with fried almonds and cashew nuts and enjoy.
