Everyone loves chaat and who doesn’t like to have yummy chaat  in evenings…Raj Kachori is very famous on the streets of Delhi …My family just loves this yummy snack and that’s why I am sharing its recipe with you all today!

Ingredients

  • Rawa: 1 cup
  • Maida or All Purpose Flour: 1 cup
  • Salt
  • Red Chili Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Baking Powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Oil: 4 teaspoons
  • Oil for frying
  • For Stuffing:
  • Curd: 1 cup (mixed with 2 spoons sugar)
  • Green Chutney
  • Tamarind Chutney
  • Boiled Potatoes
  • Dahi ki Pakodi: 2 pieces
  • Stir Fried Sprouts
  • Salt, Red Chili Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder
  • Nylon Sev
  • Anar ke Daane

Instructions

  1. Mix rawa, maida, salt, oil, besan, red chili powder and rub it well with hands.
  2. Make soft dough and cover it with muslin cloth for 10 minutes.
  3. Take some dough, make a puri and place it on wet muslin cloth and cover it for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in kadahi. In hot oil place 2 puris once and sim the flame. Fry until they become crisp.
  5. Let it cool down.
  6. For assembling, take a plate and make a hole in the puri.
  7. Add sprouts, and crushed pakodi and potatoes.
  8. Pour curd, green chutney and red chutney.
  9. Sprinkle masala and CIBA chatkari chaat masala.
  10. Finally garnish with nylon sev and anar ke daane.
  11. Your Raj Kachori is ready to serve. Enjoy!
