Paneer Capsicum in Tomato Gravy

Ingredients

300gms Paneer
1 capsicum - cut into squares
2 small Onion - cubes
2 tomatoes cubes
1 green chilly
1 tbspn oil
Heeng, Jeera
Badi elaichi, lavang, kali mirch, tej patta and daalchini
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp dhania powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder

Instructions

Grind onion, tomato and green chilly to a fine paste. Add ginger garlic paste to it. Also add all 5 powder of masalas to it. Mix well.
Heat oil & when hot, add tadka of heeng, jeera and saboot khada masala.
Lower flame and add the tomato onion purree mixed with all masala. Mix well Cover & keep for 5 - 7 min.
Remove the lid from the pan and when fat will be seen on gravy layer, add capsicum pieces and cook for 4-5 mins.
Add paneer cubes and again cook for 3-4 minutes.
Garnish with cream or butter if you wish. (I have not added any today). Else garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
