Ingredients

  • Bread: 1 pack
  • Boiled potatoes: 500 gms
  • Boiled black chnna dal: 1/2 cup
  • Chopped onion: 2
  • Chopped green chilly: 2
  • Grated paneer: 2 tablespoons
  • Dry methi: 2 teaspoons
  • Coriender leaves
  • Oil for frying
  • Spices: Roasted zeera, salt, black pepper, red chilly powder, amchoor powder, garam masala.

Instructions

  1. Mash boiled potatoes, add chopped onions, chopped green chilly, channa daal, paneer and mix all.
  2. Add all spices, dry methi and coriander leaves. Mix well to make a mixture. Check the taste of mixture, if needed, add more salt and spices according to your taste.
  3. Now put water in a deep plate. Take a bread slice, cut its sides with knife and dip it in water and press with your palms and remove water.
  4. Now fill mixture in center and fold the slice in any shape round or oval, then fry in oil.
  5. Serve hot and crispy with sauce!!
