Tips and Suggestions By Mom Chef :
- The ratio of besan to clarified butter should be 1:1/4.
- Always roast besan on low flame otherwise it will burn.
- For sugar syrup / chasni keep the water and sugar ratio 1:1.
- Sieve besan before roasting it.
