Ingredients

  • 4 long and thick green chilli
  • 2 boiled potato
  • 1 cup besan (gram flour)
  • Choped green chili and green coriander leaves
  • 1/2 spoon chat masala
  • 1/2 spoon garam masala
  • 1/2 spoon anardana
  • 1/2 spoon sounf and complete dhaniya
  • 1 /4 spoon baking soda
  • 3 tspn lemon juice
  • Salt as per taste
  • Veg. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. First of all prepare a thick paste of besan added with salt and baking powder. Now leave it for some time.
  2. Now make a straight cut on all chilies. Now in inner part of chili make a coat with lemon juice and salt and leave it for some time.
  3. After that take chopped green chili, green coriander and all masala mixed in boiled potato and mash it well. Potato filling is ready.
  4. Now this potato masala is to be filled in coated chili and then is to be dipped in besan.
  5. Fry it till time besan color changes to golden color. Now enjoy the garma garam mirchi bada with bread and tomato sauce!
