Kaccha Aaam Panna – a refreshing drink for the summers and a must try to quench your thirst.

Kaccha Aaam Panna – Summer Mocktail is a delicious and instant mocktail which is a must-have during the summers to beat the heat and especially helps in cooling down the body heat. This can be made easily at home. This is a very refreshing and delicious drink for all. This is a very healthy drink which helps to fight the Summer Heat. So, try this out at home and let us know how you liked it.

  • The raw mango pulp can be made into ice cubes and stored easily for a week in the fridge.
  • You can adjust the sugar levels to your taste.

Ingredients

  • Kaccha Aam/Raw Mango - 2
  • Fresh Mint leaves - 12 to 15 or dry Mint powder
  • Crushed sugar - 1 cup or to taste
  • Ice cubes or crushed ice - 2 cups
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Roasted Cumin seed powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Boil Kaccha Aam in a pressure cooker for two whistles then turn the gas off. Cool it for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Take out boiled kaccha aam and peel it.
  3. Take out the pulp in a bowl and add 2-3 glasses of water, sugar and mint leave then blend it with a hand blender or in a mixer.
  4. Add all spices to the above decoction, mix it properly and then add ice to it.
  5. Flavourful 'Aam Panna' is ready to be served.
