Kadhi is a popular curry  in northern India. Though the preparation methods vary from place to place, I have made the popular version cooked in northern part of India – Kadhi Pakora. Try this delicious curry with hot phulkas or chapatis and salad and enjoy a good holiday lunch with your family.
